I created this blog to chronicle the things I have been learning, to share stories and pictures with family and friends who are interested, and to hopefully pass down a love of Jesus to my babes.

Sometimes it's fun just to have photo shoots with your kids...then look back and see how they've changed. This was one of those days.

Oh Canada!
For our Anniversary this year Dave's mom and sister offered to watch the kids for us so we could get away for the weekend. We stayed in a condo in Vancouver B.C. near Stanley Park. We ate and ate and ate and ate some more, then slept...watched the Stanley cup (ironically we just saw the World cup in Mexico last year...apparently they follow us), ate some more and spent time exploring just the two of us. We are so grateful for that time to be renewed. Every couple needs it especially when you have little ones.
