Helpers
Some of my favorite moments are when the kids have the desire to help out although it's not the fastest method it's a teachable moment. Lani loves to put the dishes away and clean her brother up and Ezekiel likes to sweep. We usually make bread, granola and cut up veggies on Mondays or Tuesdays so that's a great opportunity for them to help out in the kitchen. Just because you're under three feet tall doesn't mean you can't do chores!

Our new bench!
Daddy built a bench so that we could do our schoolwork comfortably. He made the bench out of scrap wood we had lying around the house since we were snowed in for 4 days! It was a good project and the kids LOVE their new bench!
